Cornerstone Leadership C3, formed in 1997 by Daryl Pichan, focused on offering the leaders of family and small businesses and non-profits emergent ways of thinking and practicing high-level leadership. These emergent concepts are developed from natural systems and organizational development theory and offer leaders sustainable ways of functioning that promote higher levels of performance by themselves and their people.
